Our education programs are local and national. We initiate responsible innovation
and identify new paradigms with the goal of enhancing lives and making dreams possible
for people who live with disabilities and/or with the impact of abuse.
The Consortium is a federal research site investigating ways to help women who have
experienced violence and who also have substance abuse or mental health issues. In another
groundbreaking program, The Consortium is using the strengths of families and communities
to overcome problems caused by substance abuse.
