Whether it be for home care services, nursing home placement, retirement living or legal advice, our Referral Specialist will do a geographic, medical, financial and social assessment to determine the individual client's needs. We will then call our Referral Partner(s) with pertinent client information. You will then contact the client and follow up as you normally would do.
